Shipping: All products are carefully packed and are shipped by the most economical method, either from our warehouse in San Francisco or from the manufacturer or artist. To minimize our shipping charges, we pack all ordered items in the same box whenever possible. There will be a separate shipping charge for items that are not shipped from San Francisco.

Handling times are noted in the product descriptions. For SPECIAL ORDER products, we notify you of the shipping date just as soon as we know it.
